All poodle varieties are basically the same and that includes the Toy Poodle. They have the same normal traits such as their gentle and sweet nature, as well as their loyalty to their owners. They are intelligent, non-shedding, elegant and obedient, and very perceptive. They are third in line after the Standard and Miniature poodle.

Teacup Poodles are basically the same as their giant counterpart or the standard Poodle. They have the same normal traits such as their gentleness and loyalty to their owners. They are intelligent, non-shedding, elegant and obedient, as well as very perceptive. The only difference in the two is the size. A Teacup Poodle weighs between two and four pounds. A Toy Poodle can weigh ten pounds at full maturity and the standard Poodle is anywhere from twenty to thirty pounds at full maturity.

There is always a stand out breed that greatly impacts the rest of its domesticated species. For domestic cats, this breed is the Persian. For horses, that breed has been the Arabian. And for dogs, the breed that has the most influence on all other breeds (and quite a lot of mongrels) is the Standard Poodle.

There are many wonderful things about the Poodle, such as that they are kind, loving and gentle. They make great family pets, as they are even good around young children. There are a few things that one should consider before getting a Poodle however, such as the fact that they need a lot of care and attention.

Although Poodle puppies do not seem to be adequate guard dogs, they serve as an excellent alarm when strangers approach the house. This is just one of the many reasons why people are looking for Poodles for sale instead of any other type of breed. Not only are they excellent alarm dogs, but they also do not shed because they have more hair then fur, which does not shed and make a mess all over.

In their earliest years, Poodles served as retrievers for ducks. Their main purpose was to jump into the water and fetch ducks, which led to its becoming a good swimmer. However, today the Poodle can do a lot more and he is certainly also a good companion as he is easy to train and possesses traits such as being agile, and can hunt as well as track. Poodles are also excellent rescue animals and they also make wonderful service dogs.
